The Authority administers and enforces three pieces of provincial legislation:
- The Boiler & Pressure Vessel Act
- The Passenger & Freight Elevator Act
- The Amusement Rides Safety Act
In doing so, we deliver services that lead to the safe manufacture, installation, maintenance, use and operation of technical products, equipment and systems in these areas.
