Services During Postal Disruptions

We would like to remind clients that application forms and payments can still be submitted by fax to our office.

For items of an urgent nature where faxing is not possible we strongly suggest that clients contact us to arrange alternate methods of submission.

More specific information for some clients is available below.

For clients renewing Boiler and Pressure Vessel Equipment:

• You can still submit your payment by courier, in person, by phone or by fax. Please ensure that you include the bottom portion or first page of your invoice with your payment.
• New licences for July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012 will be mailed as soon as we are able to do so.

For clients who have recently written an exam:

• We are unable to release results over the phone.
• If it is necessary for you to know your results, you can contact our office to see if
  your exam result is available. If it is, you can stop by either of our offices and present photo ID to get your pass/ fail result verbally.
• Marks and certificates will be sent in the mail as soon as we are able to do so.

For Elevating Devices and Amusement Ride clients with urgent items:

• Please contact Brenda in our Regina office at 306-787-5501 to make alternate arrangements for providing information and payments.
