Weld Procedures

 

Anyone who intend to construct, alter or repair a:

• Boiler
• Pressure Vessel
• Fitting
• Pressure Piping System

by welding must apply for registration of the welding procedures.

To register your Weld Procedure please submit :

1. Two copies of the welding procedure specifications (WPS), supporting procedure qualification records (PQR) and copies of the destructive testing results.
2. Payment of the fee of $76.65 ($73 + $3.65 GST) for a full review. Note: if you are submitting a revision the fee is $37.80 ($36 + $1.80 GST)
3. The completed form LIB - 1010 Application for the Registration of Design
