New Licence
Complete the “Application for New Elevator Licence” form to apply for a new licence.
- As part of the application, you will be prompted to complete an additional submission document. This document is titled “Application for New Elevating Device Licence” and will be linked as a downloadable PDF in the application’s “Submission Requirements” section.
(The link will populate after you have selected your device licence type) - Download the “Application for New Elevating Device Licence” document and save it to your computer. Once you have filled out this document, attach the completed file in the “Attachments” section of the application.
- Proceed to payment.
Licence Renewal
Annual elevator conveyance licences expire on December 31. Equipment owners will receive an invoice for their annual licence(s) at the beginning of October.
Renewal Invoices:
- Renewal invoices will be sent electronically if you have provided TSASK with your email address. If your email address is not on file, you will receive your invoice in the mail.
- If you have not received your renewal invoice, please email info@tsask.ca or call TSASK at 1-866-530-8599 and provide us with your owner name and licence number(s).
