Overview
Individuals and businesses who own boilers and pressure vessels (BPV) must have a valid Certificate of Inspection (COI) for each boiler or pressure vessel they own or operate. TSASK will issue a COI to the owner of a boiler or pressure vessel that has passed an inspection.
The “Request an Inspection” form can also be used to request an NDE Demonstration or a standard Shop Inspection.
When completing the “Request an Inspection” form, use the “Comments” section to indicate the type of inspection your are requesting and provide any relevant details about the equipment to be inspected. This information will help us schedule and prepare for the inspection.
An inspector will be assigned based on your location and type of inspection requested. After we have received your detailed request, an inspector will be in contact with you to schedule the inspection.
