Lana Gray joined the Board of Directors in May, 2024.
Lana is a human resources professional and certified executive coach with a background in financial services, risk management, and regulation. She has over twenty years as a senior leader, including five years as a national consultant for MNP, Vice President of the regulatory body of Saskatchewan credit unions (Credit Union Deposit Guarantee Corp), and Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer, and Chief Development Officer at Concentra Bank. Since 2017, she has owned and operated Lana Gray Leadership Services Ltd., providing customized advisory services to clients aiming to enhance results through governance, strategy, organizational alignment, and team and individual performance.
Lana serves on the Board of Ranch Ehrlo Society and chairs its Human Resource & Compensation Committee. She has also held Board and committee positions in the province with CPA Saskatchewan (public representative), the Regina Symphony Orchestra, and Family Services Regina. She lives in Regina.
