The Technical Safety Authority of Saskatchewan (TSASK) Appoints Collin Pullar as Chief Executive Officer
The Board of Directors of the Technical Safety Authority of Saskatchewan (TSASK) is pleased to announce the appointment of Collin Pullar as Chief Executive Officer.
An experienced chief executive, strategic advisor, and board director, Mr. Pullar brings over two decades of leadership at the intersection of safety, governance, public policy, and workforce development across Saskatchewan. Most recently, he served as President of the Saskatchewan Construction Safety Association, where he led major organizational transformation, modernized digital and advisory services, oversaw significant governance renewal, and achieved a 64% reduction in workplace injury rates across the province’s construction sector.
Prior to his 12-year tenure at the SCSA, Mr. Pullar held senior executive and management roles with both the Government of Saskatchewan and the Government of Canada, managing large-scale provincial and federal portfolios focused on labour market, economic development, and social development programs.
Mr. Pullar possesses extensive governance expertise and has a proven commitment to his community, evidenced by his many contributions at the Board of Directors level. He currently serves on the boards of SaskPower, Access Communications Co-operative Ltd., and the Saskatchewan Chapter Executive of the Institute of Corporate Directors. In the past, he has served on the Legal Aid Saskatchewan, Regina & District Chamber of Commerce, Regina Exhibition Association Limited and the Canadian Federation of Construction Safety Associations boards.
A lifelong Saskatchewan resident, Mr. Pullar holds a Master of Business Administration and Master’s Certificate in Public Management from the University of Regina, along with the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. He is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources and is currently completing a Master of Laws in Corporate Governance and International Business Law. He is a recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal.

Collin succeeds Bill Scott who will be retiring after serving 14 years as TSASK’s Chief Executive Officer. During his tenure Bill’s leadership has been instrumental advancing TSASK and positioning the organization for the future. The Board thanks Bill for his service and wish him all the best in retirement.
